Tom comes from a long line of sales agents with deep experience in the gift and home fragrance industry.

 

He began his own career in 2005 at the age of 22, joining UK‑based Colony Candles as an employed Area Sales Manager. Initially responsible for Wales and the surrounding counties, Tom’s role quickly expanded as the company went through significant change. Over the years he covered multiple regions across the UK, gaining invaluable experience as he navigated two company takeovers and the transformation of Colony Candles into what is now known as Wax Lyrical.

After five years on the road — and with the arrival of his second child approaching — Tom made the decision to join his wife, Jemma, as a self‑employed agent and become a partner in JLB Agencies. At just 28, the pair took on the dual challenge of raising two young children while building and growing their business together.

From the very beginning of his career, Tom has consistently covered the whole of Wales and the surrounding counties.

 

What started as his first territory as a young rep has remained his core area to this day, now backed by decades of experience, strong relationships, and a reputation for reliability, product knowledge, and genuine commercial insight.
