Tom comes from a family of Agents who have a wealth of experience in the industry, Tom began in the industry as a employed Area Sales Manger for UK based Colony Candles in 2005 at the age of 22. Covering initially Wales and surrounding Counties but with many changes happening around the Company Tom ended up covering many different parts of the UK in his time there. This experience was invaluable, he oversaw two company takeovers and finally the change of Colony Candles to Wax Lyrical as it stands today. After 5 Years and the up and coming birth of their second child it was time to Join his Wife Jemma as a Agent and become a partner in JLB Agencies. At 28 Tom and Jemma, with their 2 young children began the challenge of parenthood and running a business.

Tom has always covered the whole of Wales and Surrounding Counties from when he began as a Rep and continues to this day but as a self employed Agent.
